Terms of Service

Commission and Refunds

- If you want to commission me, you can reach me best over TH (LotusDrawz), Instagram (lotus.drawz) or Discord (lotusdrawz)- All payments are made over Paypal!- When commissioning me cleary state what you want! (e.g. scale [bust,half,..], option [lineart, flat,..], background, extra details like specific pose, expressions, etc. and the OC you want drawn)- I have every right to decline or cancel your commission for my own reasons, depending on the situation, you will of course also get a refund!- Payment has to be done after you approved of the sketch. Only after payment is sent i will continue with your commission!- You will get half of the price you paid refunded if you decide to cancel after the sketch was already approved. Free refunds can always be done before the sketch, as no payment has been made then- I will send different stages of your commission to keep you updated- You can ask for minor changes after I sent you the finished product (for example if I got something of the design wrong, etc.). Major changes will cost an extra +5$ per change!- I will not refund you if you bought an OC from me and decide that you don't want it anymore afterwards! Make up your mind before you buy stuff

Adopts and Art Rules

- Always credit me for my art and design!- You are not allowed to use my art for NFTS or AI!- Do not trace or steal my art and designs or claim them as your own!- Feel free to reference or take inspiration by my designs, just don't straight up copy them!- You are not allowed to profit off of my art!- My adopts have a 1 week cooldown before you can trade/sell them again, unless extra art is added!- Do not sell my adopts for higher than their BV unless extra art is added!- You are of course allowed to redesign any adopts you got from me, but the original design must be recognizable! If it was from a closed species, also follow their rules!- Don't trade any of my design to anyone on my blacklist! Doing so will get you blacklisted too!- You must have a Toyhouse if you get a design from me! If necessary, I can provide a code. Also always credit me on there (my TH is LotusDrawz)- Do not look for loopholes! If you find any, message and inform me. Exploiting loopholes will get you blacklisted instantly!
